Safety and Fire Training Centre — interest registration
This notice explains how Site Group LLC (“the centre”, “we”) handles the details you provide when you register interest in a course on this website. Site Group LLC is the data controller for this information under the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (PDPL).
What we collect
The registration form collects only what we need to respond to your enquiry: your name, email address and mobile number; your employer or company name and job title; the course and date you are interested in; the number of participants and, if you choose to provide them, participant names, job titles and email addresses; and anything you choose to write in the message field.
We do not ask for, and do not want, health or medical information, national ID or Iqama numbers, passport details, dates of birth, or next-of-kin details at this stage. Those matters are handled at enrolment, after we have contacted you, through a separate process with its own safeguards. Please do not include such information in the message field.
Why we collect it
We use these details for one purpose: to respond to your expression of interest — contacting you about availability, pricing, prerequisites and scheduling, and arranging enrolment if you decide to proceed. Registering interest is not an enrolment and creates no obligation on your part. We do not use these details for marketing, and we do not sell or share them with third parties for their own purposes.
Where it is kept, and who sees it
Submissions are stored in a private register accessible only to named centre staff, and a copy of each submission is delivered to the centre’s enquiries inbox. Our website and storage providers process this data on our behalf as service providers; they do not use it for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Interest registrations are kept for up to 24 months from submission, so we can follow up on planned training that corporate buyers often schedule well in advance. If you enrol, your details move into the centre’s student records, which have their own retention rules. You can ask us to delete your registration earlier at any time.
Your rights
Under the PDPL you may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do any of these, contact the centre quoting your registration reference number if you have one. We will respond within a reasonable period, and deleting your data will not affect any enquiry you choose to make later.
